The original Malbec before it became popular in Argentina.  Dark and powerful, this has a ‘meaty’ herbal character with spiced black cherries and hints of dark chocolate,

Think of this as a ‘turbo-charged’ Merlot.  From very high, top quality vineyards that produce world class grapes, this is a powerful, elegant wine with flavours of 'smokey' plum, spiced cherry, tobacco and vanilla,
