Wedding Day Drinks Services

​

Pre - Ceremony

​

The Library Bar can be opened any time from noon, if required, for up to 2 hours prior to your ceremony.

This is a comfortable and inviting room with an open fire on winter days for guests to meet prior to the ceremony taking place. It is usually where the groom can be spotted along with his best man and ushers. The Florist will frequently deliver buttonholes here to be collected. The Library Bar offers a full bar service including freshly brewed Teas & Coffee, Cocktails, Sparkling Wine, Champagne as well as a large range of Beers, Ciders, Spirits and Soft Drinks.

The Pre-Ceremony Library Bar can be run as a card bar or you can pre-pay a bar tab. Often couples like to offer their guests a drink on arrival such as a cocktail or a glass of Prosecco or Champagne which can be laid out for your guests on arrival in the Library Bar or in the Great Hall.

 

Post Ceremony Drinks Reception & Wedding Breakfast

Following your ceremony, the wedding party will move to the drinks reception. This would usually last for approximately 90 – 120 minutes before heading into the Wedding Breakfast. Couples usually like to offer their guests cocktails or a glass of fizz during the drinks reception and then move onto wine for the Wedding Breakfast with a glass of Champagne or Prosecco for the toast.

We have put together a number of Day Drinks Packages designed to save couples money over our normal bar prices.

Evening Party

​

After the Wedding Breakfast we host the Evening Party in the Stables. A standard event will finish at midnight (service ends at 11:30pm with an additional 30 minutes drinking up time). If you want to party on a little bit longer it is possible to extend the licensing hours and further details can be found in our here.​

We offer a number of different options for your evening drinks. The  bar can be run on a card basis where guests purchase their own drinks, however, we also offer a number of different Evening Drinks Packages and options which can be found here.
